RETURN POLICY


 At Blush Babe Jewelry, we hope all of our customers love every item they purchase! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it if your item meets our policy guidelines below.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PAST THE
RETURN POLICY PERIOD.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The 14 days start from the day the order was received by the customer.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Jewelry is accepted for store credit only if unworn & in original packaging. Please send us an email if your item arrives damaged.
  • If items are sent back past the 14 day return policy period, the customer will not receive a full refund. A 25% restocking fee will be reduced from the order amount.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES:
  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style, you must return your unwanted item back to us within 14 days in its original packaging. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue you a store credit. You may then place an order for the desired item.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL?
  • Please e-mail us at info@blushbabejewelry.com with your order# and the reason for your return. We typically respond within one business day. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS FEES. IT IS THE RECIPIENTS RESPONSIBILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
